The chocolate couverture used is imported from Belgium – for good reason!
They do it right! Local dairies provide the cream and butter, and local purveyors supply botanical ingredients like herbs and fruits.
CocoaBistro respects the seasons as well, and tries as much as possible to source fresh ingredients in season, decreasing the need for imports for out-of-season produce.
